Plasma Pen

What is Plasma Pen?

Plasma Pen is the most advanced, non-invasive skin tightening and rejuvenation device. The Plasma Pen can be used in a number of procedures to enhance looks without the need for expensive and invasive surgery.

Plasma Pen

This plasma device has been perfected across thousands of treatments all over the world. This device will help you get a brighter, more contoured, and more youthful appearance.

Benefits of Plasma Pen

Plasma Pen “fibroblastic” is highly versatile and is very effective in smoothing out wrinkles. tightening the eyelids, and can lift and rejuvenate any area of the skin.

Plasma Pen can:

  • Improve and brighten skin tone, laxity, and texture
  • Tighten loose skin
  • Dramatically reduce, inflate, and plump lines and wrinkles

Why Plasma Pen?

As we age, the dermal layer thins, and less collagen is produced which causes our skin to wrinkle and sag. The Plasma Pen and our fibroblasts technique are designed to dramatically repair, reverse, and mitigate these signs of aging.

How Does Plasma Pen Work?

The Plasma Pen works by converting electrical energy into electrostatic energy which is transmitted to the probe by impulse. At about 1mm from the skin, oxygen and nitrogen are mixed to produce an arc of plasma that discharges onto the epidermis. There is an immediate contraction of the skin tissue and also thermal disruption within the dermis. This stimulates collagen production for the next few months, and also activates and releases important proteins in the dermis.

Plasma Pen

The highly accurate and controlled trauma that is caused to the epidermis makes the skin dry superficially into tiny carbon crusts, which fall off within a few days. After this falls off, you will have beautiful and rejuvenated skin on the surface.

Plasma Pen Vs. Plastic Surgery

The Plasma Pen is the only treatment outside plastic surgery that can be performed on the eyelids. With the Plasma Pen, no injectable anesthetic is required, no scalpels, and no stitches or sutures are required. This treatment is very low risk with minimal side effects and very short downtime. Most patients will be able to return to work the same day after the treatment.

How Long does it last?

Fibroblast is more than a simple tightening treatment, the volume of the skin is actually reduced. These results will last as long as they would with invasive surgery. Like all cosmetic procedures, the effects of Fibroblast are not entirely permanent as it; of course, does not stop the hands of time. Positive results should last years depending on the area treated. Effects will be noticeable immediately after the first treatment, but the final results will be seen after eight weeks. For some, additional treatment may be required after eight weeks for maximum results.

The Day of your Appointment

Do not wear any makeup on the treatment area. You may take an antihistamine 30 minutes prior to the appointment to help with swelling. A numbing agent is applied and left to take effect for up to 30 minutes. Treatment time is between 10-40 minutes depending on the size of the area.

Immediately after the appointment, the area may be red and mildly swollen with small carbon crusts (spots). You may experience a sensation that feels like a sunburn which will likely last a few hours. Swelling may intensify over the next few hours and may last 2-3 days. The carbon crusts will lift within 5-12 days depending on the individual and the area treated. Results gradually improve over the course of the following 8 weeks.
