             Tips for different skin types

Skin

To take care of your skin, you first need to know its type. Do you think you have dry, oily, or combination skin instead? This article explains how to recognize and treat these different skin types in order to choose a facial care routine adapted to your needs!

YOUR SKIN IS OILY:

its grain is irregular, the pores are dilated and visible. It is shiny-looking skin, prone to blemishes, difficult to live with on a daily basis. Always unbalanced, it becomes dehydrated and irritated easily. Stress and external aggressions (pollution, sun, wind) accentuate the secretion of sebum and make the skin shiny. You need to harmonize the skin while respecting its fragile balance, thanks to the appropriate skincare products.

A few tips :

Practice rigorous hygiene: clean your face morning and evening with gentle, non-irritating, and soap-free care. Then apply specific fluid emulsions for oily skin. In the morning, apply a mattifying moisturizer or an anti-blemish moisturizer depending on your need. At night, apply a repair treatment for oily skin. Often neglected but absolutely essential, perform a scrub or mask 2 to 3 times a week, focusing on oily areas. In the sun, absolutely protect yourself with a fluid or gel-type sun care product, with a medium protection index, suitable for your skin type.

YOUR SKIN IS A COMBINATION:

SKIN

Excess sebum on the "T" zone (forehead, nose, chin) promotes uneven skin texture and visible and dilated pores while the cheeks show normal skin with a mat and even appearance. You need treatments that can stabilize the median sebum level while keeping your cheeks hydrated.

A few tips :

Cleanse/remove make-up from your face, morning and evening with a gentle product, focusing on oily areas. Then apply specific fluid emulsions for combination skin. In the morning, apply a mattifying moisturizer to stabilize the sebum and in the evening, a repairing treatment for combination skin. Make a scrub or mask 2 to 3 times a week, focusing on oily areas. Finally, avoid exposure to the sun without protection. Indeed, the sun is a false friend of combination skin; if it seems to improve their condition by drying them out, it later causes them to get worse.

YOUR SKIN IS NORMAL:

SKIN

smooth and comfortable, water and fat levels are in perfect balance. Its appearance is a mat and its skin texture is regular. While the skin does not present any particular problem, it is still susceptible to external aggressions (pollution, sun, wind) and must cope with skin aging. You need skincare products that can keep your skin looking healthy and looking younger.

YOUR SKIN IS DRY:

SKIN

it has a fine skin texture, but it feels tight and lacks radiance. Deficient in sebum, poorly protected, your skin tends to become dehydrated and weakened. Because of this permanent "thirst", you feel uncomfortable. You need nourishing care to rebalance your skin and wake up your complexion.

A few tips :

Cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle anti-dehydrating cleanser. In the morning, gently apply a protective moisturizer to calm feelings of tightness and discomfort and to protect the skin from external aggressions. In the evening, apply a treatment that restructures the intercellular cement on the face, neck, and décolleté. Once or twice a week, apply an intense hydration mask. Finally, drink 1.5 liters of water per day.

YOUR SKIN IS MATURE:

SKIN

sensitive and thinner following a reduction in the thickness of the epidermis, it is flabby-looking, lacking elasticity and rough skin. It has pigmentary disorders and less resistance to external aggressions, it is very sensitive skin. In the sun, absolutely protect yourself with sunscreen with a medium protection factor, suitable for your skin type.

A few tips :

Cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser. In the morning, gently apply a protective anti-aging moisturizer to the face, eye area, lips, and neck to calm feelings of tightness and discomfort and to protect the skin from external aggressions. In the evening, apply a regenerating anti-aging treatment to the face, neck, and décolleté. Finally, drink 1.5 liters of water per day.

YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE:

SKIN

reactive and intolerant, it is skin prone to tingling, tightness, and redness. These feelings of discomfort appear in an exaggerated way in reaction to different internal and/or external factors: physical (sun, hot, cold), chemical (cosmetics, soap, water, pollution), psychological (stress), or even hormonal.

A few tips :

Cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle anti-dehydrating cleanser. In the morning, gently apply a protective moisturizer to calm feelings of tightness and discomfort and to protect the skin from external aggressions. In the evening, apply a care restructuring intercellular cement on the face, neck, and décolleté. Once or twice a week, apply an intense hydration mask. Limit sun exposure, spicy foods, and alcoholic beverages. Finally, drink 1.5 liters of water per day.
